According to a reverse image search on Bing, this image first appeared on the internet on May 1, 2016. In this article, by Goobjooge over 30 military officers were killed after Al-Shabab militants recaptured Mogadishu, Somalia.
Originally, this image was taken during an attack in Mogadishu but also republished by Intelligence Briefs in 2018.
