Background
As the war between Israel and Hamas intensifies, Israeli warplanes are dropping war bombs over the Gaza Strip. In Central Gaza, a bomb hit a family home, leaving two people dead and ten others injured. According to the United Nations, around 400,000 people in the Gaza Strip have fled their homes.
Verification
A Google reverse image search reveals the video was first posted on The Wall Street Journal’s YouTube channel on May 20, 2013. The video is from clashes between the Syrian Government and Hezbollah militants and not from the war between Israel and Hamas. Both factions were fighting for control over the town of Qusayr which was strategic to both parties. To the Hezbollah rebels, it was a supply route for weapons while for the government, it linked Damascus to strongholds of the Assad regime on the coast. This attack left 23 Hezbollah militants dead with 50 others injured.
More reports on the incident were published here, here, and here.
Verdict
The video is NOT from the current war between Israel and Hamas.
