Background
In this tweet, Musalia Mudavadi expressed his inability to attend the convention. According to the Star, the rally had 20 Governors and 6 cabinet secretaries, and an estimate of 60,000 delegates and supporters in attendance. At this convention, former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga formally declared his presidential bid ahead of the 2022 general elections.
“I do hereby accept to present myself as a presidential candidate at the presidential election on 9th August 2022 following the request and unanimous decision by this Azimio La Umoja,” he said as he concluded his speech.

A reverse image search reveals that this image was shared on June 10, 2020 on the kenyans.co.ke news website. According to this article, the Image shows Musalia Mudavadi at a virtual meeting with 19 European Union Ambassadors, hosted by the former EU Ambassador to Kenya, Simon Mordue.
Evidently, from this image, the former EU Ambassador to Kenya, can be spotted on the laptop screen. Additionally, on the same day, this Twitter account belonging to Musalia Mudavadi shared two images from this meeting. In the tweet, he tagged the EU delegation to Kenya and Mr. Simon Mordue.
