Background

India has so far recorded over 1 million cases of COVID-19, with nearly 30,000 deaths, numbers that have overwhelmed Indian hospitals. There have been reports of people being turned away from hospitals in the worst-hit cities, New Delhi and Mumbai.

India is home to a large family of monkeys species distributed from the evergreen Western Ghats to northeast states and dry forests of central India. There have been cases of monkey, invasions and attacks in the country over the years.

Verification

A separation of the keyframes of the clip followed by reverse searches shows that the clip dates back to March 2019.

The primates identified as vervet monkeys, reportedly broke into the RK Hospital in Durban to steal food. The situation had been going on for months as indicated in this report by a local South African broadcaster on February 8, 2019.

Verdict
