The post was widely shared on Facebook. According to the statement on the post, this was allegedly revealed by IEBC commissioners during the verification of forms 34As and forms 34Bs at the Bomas of Kenya. Below is a full view of the image.

Background

According to an article by Capital News, the IEBC commenced validation of forms 34Bs against forms 34As, immediately the presidential results started streaming into the IEBC portal from the constituency tallying centres. Kenya’s Constitution of  2010 allows IEBC, up to seven days from the date of election to announce the presidential results.
