According to a reverse image search on Yandex, this video shows the Douglas Commercial (DC-6) landing in North Pretoria, on a private airstrip.
Another result on Yandex reveals that this video was taken 13 years ago. According to the Douglas DC-6 Association of South Africa, this aircraft had been under restoration since 2008. A video embedded in this article shows the DC-6 landing in Pretoria.
Verdict
This video does not show an aircraft landing on Homa Bay Airstrip.
