This tweet reports the alleged resignation of Attorney General Justin Muturi a day after the Principal Secretary of Correctional Services Esther Ngero also reigned.
Background
The Principal Secretary of Correctional Services, Esther Ngero, resigned on May 23, 2023. According to a statement by the Head of Public Service, Felix Koskei, Ngero cited personal reasons behind her resignation.

Verification
Had Justin Muturi resigned, credible media stations would have reported it. However, going through all the channels and publications from May 24, 2023, there are no reports on the resignation. The supposed resignation is also not mentioned on the Office of the Attorney General’s official website.
Muturi is currently leading the State in an application to lift the Conservatory orders that prevent the Treasury Cabinet Secretary from implementing the Finance Act 2023.
